How do you currently prepare video courses?

You are preparing 3 to max. 5-minute videos. Because if you make it longer, no one is watching. Then you send these videos to your employees. Assume you gave them one week to watch. It is a 3-minute course where you count your words to squeeze all the essentials in. If you are lucky, the video is watched within a week. Then you send tests to the same people to see if they understood the content. Let's say you gave another week for them to respond.

You've already lost two weeks. Then, according to the test results, you assign supplementary videos to those who did not do so well before, or you send the same training once again and give those employees one more week.
